Insurance Coverage & Reimbursement
We generate complete clinical documentation (Superbills) detailing diagnostic ICD-10 codes and treatment CPT codes (e.g. 97110 Therapeutic Exercise). Most PPO plans reimburse 60%–80% of treatment costs directly to patients. Please check with your health carrier prior to scheduling.
